After serving prison time for the first retaliation in the well known war against the Hell's Angels, Junior became the youngest National President of the Mongols Motorcycle club at the young age of 28. Scott Junior Erekcson Serving as National President in 1988-89, then again from 1996 to 1998, Junior has also been a member of 7 different chapters and a founder of 3. Now being a member of the Mongols M.C. for over 30 years, Junior is currently a member of 3 chapters, has held every office obtainable in the club and become one of the most recognized and respected in the outlaw biker world. Junior has been part of a nationally televised show on National Geographic called the Outlaw Bikers, Masters of Mayhem. In this 2-hour Thanksgiving Day Special Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of the Mongols M.C., Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave. Lil' Dave has been accused of being a Confidential Informant aka a "Rat" stemming from a video released by his scorned wife. His wife released the video of Lil' Dave in an attempt to end his career as a 1%er, a life of infidelity, drugs and a fast lane lifestyle. Instead of keeping the video internal club business, certain Club Brothers released the video to an online biker platform to defame and dethrone Lil' Dave. A perfect storm involving a greedy attorney and a disloyal power-hungry group within Lil' Dave's organization found a good man fighting for his reputation. A motion was filed in Federal Court triggering a hearing to overturn a previous trial involving the Mongols M.C. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the “RICO Act” or simply “RICO” case alleging that Lil' Dave had infiltrated the defense camp and was providing intel to Special Agent John Ciccone of the ATF. The move backfired as the 8-day trial, that took 8 months to conclude called on witnesses from several law enforcement agencies all which under oath declared that Lil' Dave was not a CI, UCI, Cooperator, etc. In a world where paperwork is EVERYTHING it is as clear as day that Lil' Dave was never a "Rat". On the contrary Lil' Dave played it cool with ATF Agent, John Ciccone and kept additional heat off the club by not being a prick and showing decency and respect toward the agent, and only doing so in the presence of Brothers and Club Attorneys. Lil' Dave NEVER wanted to come on any platforms to discuss this issue and this will be his last and final media appearance regarding this matter. Everything he discusses in this segment is public record and has either been discussed in public court documents or in published books. Lil' Dave continues to Love his good Club Brothers and wants nothing but the best for his former club that he helped build and lead for years. Their three-piece patch portrays a Mongol warrior resembling Genghis Khan riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle; their colors are black and white. The top rocker has the word "Mongols" written on it, but the bottom rocker was the one that gave the gang trouble in the first place. The illegal biker organization Hells Angels found out that the Mongols had a California bottom rocker, and they were not happy. The HA asserted its hegemony over the Golden State and the right to the "California bottom rocker." Therefore, they initiated hostilities. In this 2 hour Memorial Weekend Special Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of The Mongols MC, Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave. Lil’ Dave gives us an inside look at The Mongols MC hierarchy and club history and explains the trials and tribulations of navigating the club through RICO indictments and constant Government harassment as attempts are made to strip the club's identity by way of making it illegal to use the clubs marquee top rocker and center patch. Lil’ Dave provides an intimate look at the internal struggles for power and the recent “coupe d’etat” within the organization and highlights the deceit, betrayal and envy that comes with being the top brass in any organization. Moreover he details personal issues involving his wife and family as he comes to grips with the hard decisions involved in running and expanding a Multinational Motorcycle Club and keeping his Family nucleus together. During Lil’ Dave's reign as International Pres, his Cabinet and Brothers were able to grow the Clubs membership ranks and expand internationally through strategic methods. By being cordial and respectful to Special Agent John Ciccone(ATF) Lil’ Dave was able to finesse what could have been a very hostile relationship and kept the heat off the Club and its members as best he could. Through the years a mutual respect was earned by both men and Ciccone made it clear to Lil’ Dave that he was approaching retirement and would not be able to guarantee the next ATF agent assigned to the Mongols would be as cordial as Ciccone was. During Lil’ Dave's tenure as Int. Pres the Club's image was also dramatically improved through social media, main stream media access such as Lisa Ling's CNN special and charitable events that served local communities best interests. He clearly demonstrates that he never turned on his beloved Club Brothers nor misappropriated any of the Clubs funds. In this 2 hour special Lil’ Dave walks our audience through his personal thoughts and addresses the bogus allegations levied against him backed with receipts aka support documentation. Frustrations of not given his day in Mongol Court have driven Lil’ Dave to clear his good name on various platforms and Cinemills TV was honored he chose us as one. Today on Crime & Entertainment, we have Justin DeLoretto AKA "Mooch." Mooch has a fascinating journey from his days in the Punk Rock scene of Oregon, Ca, which ultimately led him to the world of Outlaw Motorcycle clubs. Mooch's first major club association was with Vagos. While they were not as popular as some of the other clubs that are known worldwide, they definitely did not lack the qualities that optimized the Outlaw culture. After the Vagos, Mooch joined the Mongols Motorcycle Club. At the time that Mooch joined the Mongols, the club was run by Ruben Doc Cavazos. Doc was eventually arrested and the club went through a lot of changes, including the Mongols patch being seized by the federal government. Mooch stayed in the club and eventually rose to the rank of Regional Rep. After stepping back and re-examining the landscape of his situation, Mooch decided to walk away from the Mongols. He eventually went on to earn a degree as well as his Masters which led him to the career path of becoming a social worker. This career change offered him the opportunity to help guide young people down the right path and put their lives on a positive track. Although just seven years old, the Mongols Motorcycle Club in Australia faced a full-scale police operation in a “National Day of Action,” featuring coordinated raids, arrests and seizures. Let me tell you about it. CHECK OUT MY BONUS CONTENT AND OTHER PERKS ON PATREON: 🤍 The Mob Reporter here with news of a coordinated biker blitz by eight police agencies that saw raids on homes, businesses and at least one clubhouse of the Mongols: 18 people were arrested, all told, in the Dec. 3, 2020, operation, including Mongols office holders, other members and associates, police said. The Mongols MC was formed in California in 1969 and took its name and imagery from the Mongols of the ancient past, when Genghis Khan led an irresistible invasion and built a mighty empire in the 13th century. The Mongols saw themselves as outsiders, even within biker culture. Original members were drawn together — legend has it — by a ban by the Hells Angels on Hispanic bikers joining their club. That outsider status is reflected in their motto: “Respect Few, Fear None.” It’s a motto found written on the bike and other gear seized in Australia this week. Mongols came to Australia by way of a large-scale patch over. Which is what it’s called when members if an established motorcycle club switch their patches for another, often larger, club. When most members of the homegrown Aussie biker club The Finks switched to the American biker brand in 2013, it instantly put the Mongols on the map down under. And gave the Australian members access to a global network of connections and support. Mongols now claim 10 chapters in Australia. Police say that the raids captured valuable intelligence on the club and its activities. I don’t know what they found. But I imagine it won’t be good news for the Mongols. Thanks for watching.
